HELPS Tutor Trainings
Thank you for your interest in being a HELPS Tutor!
All new tutors are required to attend a 3.5 hour training to learn the HELPS implementation and complete a background check for CMS volunteers.
Please view our upcoming trainings below and register to attend.
Note: All trainings are conducted virtually. You will receive a link to join the training within 24 hours of your registration.
New Tutor Trainings
If you are interested in becoming trained in the Virtual HELPS Program for the 2020-2021 school year, please sign up for one of our upcoming virtual trainings below.
Returning Tutor Trainings
If you served as a HELPS tutor in a previous school year, you will need to complete a self-guided training module or attend one of our virtual Returning Tutor Trainings to learn how to implement the Virtual HELPS Program for the 2020-2021 school year.

Corporate/University Volunteer Trainings
If you are a Corporate or University HELPS Tutor and your company or school has scheduled a training, you will see the date below. Please only register for your company’s training using your work or school email address.
For questions regarding this training, please email your Corporate/University HELPS point-person, listed below.
Note: To attend a corporate training, you must be an employee or student of the company/organization. Please register for the training using your work email address to confirm your eligibility to attend.
